In January 2012 Ezy Gadgets expanded its business to the corporate sector and now is a regular supplier of used mobile phones to many UK and USA based businesses

To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, email address and credit card information. We use this information to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order. If we need to contact you, we will contact you via email first. We are very proud of the security measures we have taken in order to protect your information and transactions. That is why we use RBS Worldpayl / Google Checkout Credit Card Authentication process. Any sensitive information you send to us, from your computer to our servers is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. We use the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits

What Are New, Grade A, Grade B & Used Gadgets

A new handset/device is something that has never been used before. It comes boxed in the original box with all the original accessories. The device comes with manufacturers warranty

All gadgets which are GRADE A means that the phones are in perfect working order and are like in new physical condition with slight blemishes.. A Grade A phone has been tested using a universal test box and a Wiltek 4107 mobile phone fault finder machine. Gadgets are tested using Ezy Gadgets 16 Point checklist. A checklist can be provided upon request. All gadgets are boxed in generic boxes.

All gadgets which are Grade B means that the phones are in perfect working order but the facia may have slight signs of wear an tear on them. A Grade B gadget has been tested and is sold as a high-quality used gadgets.

A Used gadget means that the gadget is in perfect working order. The facia will be in average/poor condition. The screen and gadget may have some minor fissures (not affecting normal use.


Warranty Information

In the unlikely event that your Grade A gadget develops a fault within 90 days of sale our first procedure would be to repair the gadget. If the gadget cannot be repaired than the handset will be replaced for a like for like
gadget , as long as the gadget has not been mistreated.

A Grade B
gadget has 30 days warranty. If the gadget  develops a fault within this time our first procedure would be to repair the handset. If the gadget cannot be repaired than the gadget will be replaced for a like for like gadget , as long as the gadget has not been mistreated.

A used
gadget has 30 days warranty. If the handset develops a fault within this time than you are entitled to a repair of the handset, as long as the handset has not been mistreated.

Please Note! Our warranty only covers manufactures faults and doesn`t cover the handset if it has been dropped, come into contact with liquid or otherwise mistreated


Important Information

Please note before you return an item for warranty purposes you ensure that the item is actually faulty. If an item is found to be not faulty on return to us there will be a £5 admin fee to return the item back to you. This admin fee is a breakdown of cost incurred due to redelivery and re-testing of the item.


Payment Methods

Ezy Gadgets Ltd  uses RBS Worldpay/ Google Checkout as the desired method of payment. Using RBS Worldpay / Google Checkout guarantees the security of your personal details giving you peace of mind

Please ensure that your billing address is the same as the cardholder address. For security reasons, we cannot process orders where the cardholder address differs to that of the billing address

CVV stands for Credit Card Verification Value. The verification number is a 3 or 4 digit number printed(not embossed) on the back of your card. It helps protect against credit card theft by individuals who don't possess the physical card


Delivery Cost / Time

We post items by recorded delivery therefore a signature will be required when you receive your item. The signature will be taken by the Royal Mail postal person

We try our best to get your order dispatched for Next Day, however delivery time from our warehouse can take up to 3-5 working days. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery which includes insurance

Delivery is FREE of charge on all UK orders
over the value of £50. Orders under the value of £50 will incurr a £1.95 charge


Returns Policy

Refurb Phone strives to satisfy the customer. For this reason if you are dissatisfied with any of our product, simply return the order within 7 days of purchase date to our address and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your credit/debit card. Please note once refund agreed the handset must be in our possession within 5 working days from the day of initial contact. If not than we have the right to refuse the refund.

Used gadgets are sold as described. They do not have a peace of mind period. Once brought we will not refund or exchange the handset unless a fault develops within 30 days.

In order for us to refund your order, please email us at or fill up the returns form on explaining why you would like a refund along with your name,  email address and order number prior to sending your phone to our address below. This will allow us to process your refund more
